If I commit a felony, and the General Attorney accuses me in front of the Supreme Court, and the Supreme Court finds merit in the case, and the National Assembly orders my resignation, then I would accept. I would have to leave the presidency, how could I resist? This is about the normal behaviour of democratic institutions, but there must be a solid background for this to happen.
